Pre-Order Policy:

* Pre-Orders are filled on a first-ordered, first-filled basis. In the event of an allocation, products may not be available on the release date. If this is the case you will be notified of the new release date. If your order multiple products with different shipping due dates we will ship your pre-ordered items based on the latest (last) ship date of your order. If you would like each individual pre-order sent on its own individual ship date please contact us and we can set up an additional shipping plan for you.

Order Cancellation Policy:

All order cancellations not expressed to us the same day as the original purchase will be assessed a minimum 20% cancellation/ restocking fee. The main reason for this is because we are still obligated to pay our vendor for the item (regardless if you end up purchasing it or not).

Return Policy:

All items that are returned must be sent in the same condition that you received the items. The following is a breakdown of how the various return policies work for different product categories.

Sports Cards/Gaming Cards:

All UNOPENED wax boxes will be refunded in full (less shipping charge) if returned within 10 days of delivery. Once factory seal on box is broken, the item cannot be returned.

Returned orders over $500.00 are subject to a 10% restocking charge at the discretion of Collector's World Store.

Singles can be returned for a full refund within 3 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the condition of the card.

Toys/Action Figures/Statues/Busts/Apparel/Other Assorted Memorabilia:

The unopened items must be returned within 3 days after the order has arrived to you. Collector's World Store will refund you the entire purchase price of the item (shipping fees to and from Collector's World Store will not be refunded).

If you receive an item that has a manufacturer's defect, we are happy to replace this item. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we can work out the replacement item, refund, or other custom solution.

Collector's World Store is not responsible for damage during shipping and all damaged items will require an insurance claim. These claims can take up to 60 days, so please be patient.

Comics:

Comics can be returned for a full refund within 3 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the condition of the comic.

Nascar:

All returns must be approved within 3 business days of package being received. Refunds on defective diecast must be approved within 3 days of the package being received.
